Please again to ask how to correct problem with my terrible auto. Last night drunken neighbor repaired my brakes with circular clamp and copper. It still leaks much of the brake oil but stops correctly now. Was driving to work place this morning and bonnet lifted up and crashed into windscreen with such terrific force it shattered. I managed to come to halt and using my pants belt tied bonnet in place. Windscreen was shattered so bad I could not see so was forced to drive to and from work today holding head out side window. Local auto glass repair facility say a replacement window will cost 0 US! What to do? This miserable auto cannot be worth that much but I must drive to my work. Would it be possible to remove crushed window and perhaps glue a section of glass in place from local home repair store?
