I Have a Huge Pool of Water on My Passenger's Side Floorboard When It Rains. What Could Cause This?
Musical Buff asked:
Everytime it rains outside, my car leaks and a puddle collects on the passenger’s side floor board. I took my car to an auto glass shop today, and they said that it had nothing to do with the window. What else could it be and how much do you think it would be to fix it? Is there anything I could look into before taking it to a shop? Thank you in advance for your help.

Maybe there’s a hole where the rack on top of your car connects to your car.
probably a seal around your sun roof if you have one or door or widshield.
what it can cause is your floor board to rust/rot out.
It could very well be a door gasket leaking.
broken seal on window/sunroof etc
The prob which is the prob which is the inside thats in between your front window it most likely has dampness to it rains or if that is the cloth still has rained recently im sure the inside thats in between your front window and passenger side window it has dampness to it if that is the only thing.
The part of you jus need to get it sealed.
