Auto Feeder Problems With HP 6200 Series?

I am getting vertical lines printed when using my auto feeder. I have a model 6210xi. The lines show up when I scan to file and when I print. They do not appear when I use the glass scanner. I have cleaned the feed rollers 4 times using alcohol with no results. The feeder worked fine until just recently. I recently installed a new black ink cartridge without results.
