About the Auto Glass Change?
Zhao L asked:
The front wind shield glass is broken(the bigger one ), and I need a new one for that. It is a 98 Toyota Carmy LE. I called different company, and was told vary price from $140-220. I am not sure what is the reason. I prefer the cheaper one, but I do not dare to order immediately. Will you give me some advice please?

check with your insurance you may have full glass coverage and may not need to pay. Its a comp and doesn’t count against you
The highest is going to be a dealer list price, the lowest could be a used item. I have a 2006 Harley Davidson F150, it also needs a windshield and from the dealer it is $900, where I have found the same windshield from a junk yard in perfect condition for almost half. the cheap one I will have to install it and the one from the dealer they will install it. Ask the supplier a few questions, is it new in box, or is it used…. is that the price for an installed windshield or will you have to put it in yourself. do some research about the product and the sellers, sometimes it’s worth paying a little extra to have a warranty on the part and labor. REMEMBER, DO NOT SLAM YOUR DOOR after the new one is installed, you can pop it right back out.
Good luck and I hope this helped.
